Coronavirus: Information for Visitors

Following guidance issued by the UK Government to minimise social contact and avoid social activities, the ArcelorMittal Orbit is temporarily closed to visitors until further notice.

I have a pre-booked ticket for Skyline Views / The Slide.  Can I visit on another date?

Yes, your ticket will remain valid for use until 31st March 2021.

 

Can I book a ticket for later in the year?

We are currently suspending bookings until Monday 1st June 2020 and will accept bookings after this time.  However, if the situation changes, an update will be sent out via e-mail and posted on our official website.

 

I have a Voucher that is due to expire soon.  Will I still be able to use it?

If your Voucher was bought online via the official ArcelorMittal Orbit website it will remain valid for use up until 31st March 2021.

If you purchased your Voucher via a Third Party, we must ask that you contact the Ticket Provider directly for more information.  Where possible, we will work with these companies to ensure that all our visitors are still able redeem their existing vouchers once we re-open.

 

I've booked a Wedding or Corporate Event - will this go ahead?

Once we re-open, all private events will proceed as planned, as long as Government guidelines permit them to do so.  If you have any questions you can speak to our team directly at events@arcelormittalorbit.com

 

Is The Last Drop Café also closed?

In line with our closure policy, the café will be closed until further notice.

 

What is happening to my Annual Membership during the closure?

We will be extending all Memberships for the duration of the closure.

 

I have another question – who can I contact?

For all other enquiries please send an e-mail to info@arcelormittalorbit.com.  Our office hours are 9am to 5pm.  Please note that our phone lines may be extremely busy in the coming weeks and we recommend sending an e-mail to ensure that your request is dealt with as efficiently as possible.
